So what's really the difference between Maison Francis Kurkdjian Grand Soir and Absolue Pour Le Soir? I answer it in this video. Absolue Pour Le Soir was launched in 2010 and by the time Grand Soir was launched with Petit Matin Absolue, Pour Le Soir was removed from our Neiman Marcus store here. Currently, it's only available at the Paris boutique where I purchased it last May. And even though both are ambers they are quite different. Please watch to find out what the differences are. Very musky amber hinting at animalic but not quite an animalic more sexy amber musk with cumin.

I get chocolatey gourmand undertones with Grand Soir but it's very woody amber to me. Very universal.
