BFI At Home | Saint Maud director Rose Glass, in conversation with Alice Lowe

Director Rose Glass talks to fellow horror queen Alice Lowe (Prevenge) about her remarkable feature film debut, the genuinely frightening and nerve-shredding psychological horror Saint Maud.

In Saint Maud, a devout and reclusive nurse believes that God has given her a special mission when she’s assigned to look after a hedonistic and embittered ex-dancer living in an eerie gothic house on the coast.

Saint Maud is in UK cinemas now, including BFI Southbank: https://whatson.bfi.org.uk/Online/article/saintmaud2020

Saint Maud was supported through development and production by the BFI, using funds from the National Lottery. Written and directed by Rose Glass, Saint Maud was produced by BFI Vision Awardee Oliver Kassman
