MORNING ROUTINE + Healthy Habits ( mindful + productive )
Good Morning Friends!
Im happy to share my morning routine with you all!
I like to implement healthy habits from the moment I walk up. This encourages me to get in the right mindset and be productive through out my whole day. All these habits I’ve slowly brought into my life and they have really helped me grow as an individual!

↡ Morning Drink ↡
Turmeric Latte ( anti- inflammatory )
- 2/3 plant milk
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 tbsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tbsp coconut sugar
run it through a fine sieve strainer for a smoother drink

Thicc Smoothie Bowl
- 1 banana (frozen)
- 1 package of tropical fruit ( pineapple, mango, dragon fruit, passion fruit )
- 1 scoop pea protein
- 1/2 tbsp ashwagandha
- Splash of plant milk
Toppings :
- Coconut yogurt
- Hemp hearts
- Shredded coconut
- Goji berries
