Painting a book cover for "Alice In Wonderland" and drawing Lewis Carroll // art process

Hello friends!

I'm extremely excited (and nervous) to be sharing this painting and drawing process video with you! This is probably my favorite video I've ever made, so I hope you all enjoy watching it as much as I loved making it!

In this video I show you how I painted my re-designed book cover for "Alice In Wonderland," then how I drew a pattern/textile design for the book, and then finally an "On The Page" author portrait of Lewis Carroll!
I thought it would make the watching experience even more special if I read to you the chapter "The Queens Crochet Ground," as if I were an audiobook narrator, so you could listen to the scene that inspired this painting while I painted it!

Thank you to everyone who went on this journey with me, while I was painting it in the earlier part of the year. I think the reason why this piece means so much to me is because it feels like you were all with me for the process. Now, you can finally watch "The Red Rabbit" come to life!
