Discover precise measurements of PCT platinum multi-layer stacks. We showcase repeat thickness measurements with excellent RSDs for PCT and platinum, and detailed composition analysis of lead, zirconium, and titanium oxides.

Here is a 10-time repeat measurement of the PCT platinum multi-layer stack. So first we have the thickness, a 10 times repeat at the PCA thickness, and we achieved, um, RSDs of dot-14% for the PCT and dot-15% for the platinum, underlying platinum layer. We also looked at the composition of the PCT layer for the lead, zirconium, and titanium oxides, and we achieved a dot-2 RSD or less for the mole percentage measurements, repeat measurements of that layer.

We also can take the composition ratios that we determine from these mole percentages, and we can compare the lead with zirconium titanium ratio to the zirconium with zirconium and titanium ratios. Just to touch on again the ACX400 measurement flexibility, again, we have the different sample adapters to accommodate a wide range of samples.

We have the vacuum option so that we can obtain lighter elements, uh, past, lighter than aluminum.
