My review of the Sierra Madre's exceptional camp chair.

I wasn't a camp chair person after almost 3 complete treks of the Appalachian Trail as I saw how flimsy they were, how they often sink into the ground and tip over and break.

Then I saw Sierra Madre's camp chair and stand on sale and I relented and took the plunge to see if it really lived up to the claims.

I unboxed it and it was easy and quick to assemble and it seemed to be made of quality materials and sturdily assembled.

I pulled it out at my first campsite on the Lone Star Hiking Trail and I quickly and easily set up the chair and sat back in it exhausted easily and got up without problems in sandy soil.

After a week out it held up well and it will soon be going on my upcoming Appalachian Trail SOBO thru-hike.
