Payday 2: Best Build in 2020!?

The big one! I've seen a few comments on my old build guides looking for something a bit more updated for 2020 Payday and the new content releases, so, here it is. This is the build I used to get my final Death Sentence One Down Achievements so I can guarantee its a tried and true setup.
