Ingredients: makes 8 concha's
1/2 cup Luke warm milk(125 ml)
1 tsp Sugar
1.5 tsp yeast
2.25 cup Maida (285 g approx.)
6 tbsp Sugar (75 g)
1/4 tsp Salt
1 Egg
4 tbsp Butter (50 g)

1/2 cup Maida (6r g approx.)
1/4 cup Sugar (50 g)
1/4 cup Butter (50 g)
Colors (optional)
Bake at 350 F / 175 C for 16-18 min
