Shawarma is a dish in Middle Eastern cuisine consisting of meat cut into thin slices, stacked in a cone-like shape, and roasted on a slowly-turning vertical rotisserie or spit. We're quite fond of kebabs here in Ireland which are a little bit similar so there's no doubt we feel our lovely Irish people are gonna like this!
