Part 2 - Disassembly Tutorial M5R1 Transmission

1. Remove Idler gear (17mm bolt)
2. Remove reverse gear from output shaft
3. Remove reverse gear from counter shaft
4. Remove retainer that hold the half moon washers
5. Remove half moon washers
6. Remove bolt from shift fork shaft (12mm) 5th/R
7. Remove sleeve from output shaft
8. Remove fork and hub assembly 5th/R
9. Remove 5th gear/driven from output shaft
10. Remove 5th gear/driver from counter shaft
11. Remove half moon needle bearings and sleeve 5th gear
12. Remove steel ball from counter shaft
13. Remove retainer plate (12mm bolts)
14. Remove upper/lower bearings from output/counter shafts
15. Drop the counter shaft towards the bottom of the gear box for clearance
16. Remove input shaft with needle bearing and synchro
17. Remove main shaft (output shaft)
18. Remove counter shaft
