Getting Our First Car Seat: Joie Tilt Impressions and Set-Up (Philippines)

As a future dad there were a lot of checklists that were needed to be done but one thing that I didn't realize was that carseats were now required by law in order for children below a certain height (including newborns) to be transported in a private vehicle.
