Star Explosion Cake/ Pastel de Estrella Explosion

This was a sprinkle explosion cake in the shape of a star the filling was Crean cheese and sprinkle as well. I backed my cake in 12 inch round cake pans and then placed my paper template on top and cut out the star shape using a sharp serrated knife. I made the stars a couple days ahead so they had time to dry and keep their shape. If you guys have any questions please feel free to ask in the comment section below and I will gladly answer them.
