GAY COUPLE GOES OFF-GRID

Preparing the land for an off-grid tiny house is no small task…turns out chopping trees all day is pretty hard work. We’re quickly learning that having a tiny house that’s completely off grid, while still ensuring you have enough solar, water, etc involves quite a bit of calculations!

One of the biggest modifications in turning the RV into an off-grid tiny house is the mini fireplace we chatted about in the video…thanks to all of you who commented of messages on IG suggesting we look into this. It’s going to be a huge game changer in providing the tiny house enough heat during the winter months! As always, we’re always open to tips and suggestions so if you have any, make sure to send them in the comments or shoot us a message!

Just as a reminder, our channel will still always be entered around the RV lifestyle and an effort to normalize being a gay couple on this platform. However, given the travel limitations currently in place, for the foreseeable future it’s going to feature less travel and more of the building that will go into converting our current set-up to the off-grid tiny house!
