In the heart of the icy steps of Mongolia, a Franco-Mongolian scientific expedition is about to unearth the tomb of a Scythian warrior, 2,300 years old. Time is short… Global warming could permanently destroy the remains of this Europoid pioneer who came to settle in Mongol territory with his clan.

The ritual of deep burial, along with extreme climatic conditions, could allow the archaeologists to discover an intact chamber, preserved by the cold. Attracted by this unusual agitation, a family of Kazakh nomads has pitched its summer camp near the dig.
