New project D-Lab Micronaut II preamp tube microphonic analyzer detects faults a tester cannot

Yes, the Micronaut II is in the debug stage! Purpose was to make it more user friendly for testing tube abnormalities. Detect microphonics, ringing, vibration sensitivity, Hum, etc. My quest was mainly, add audio monitoring with the option of connecting to an oscilloscope. Plus reduce the assembly time. Many hours invested. I revised the design many times. Now, I have it dialed in. I'm very happy with its performance. Next step is to disassemble and get the front panel artwork installed. These are not easy to construct into this cabinet. I did it, because it matches the other Heathkits on my work bench. If you decide to build one, I'd recommend a horizontal layout using an aluminum chassis (design in the works!). Still working on documentation. Soon, I will provide complete units, kits and build info. Pretty exciting addition to a test bench!
