Surgery saves twins before they are born
In November twins Shea and Carter were born happy and healthy to the delight of their parents Chad and Phoebe. It was a joyful day that almost didn’t happen.
23 weeks into her pregnancy, Phoebe's physician in Green Bay saw a red flag and referred her to the UW Health Fetal Diagnosis and Treatment Center in Madison.
