Lockdown gave us a lot more free time than we're used to. And with the time we decided that we'd get into the world of Sourdough. A dark art with a rewarding and delicious outcome, when it goes right!

We tracked down the Saints of London Sourdough in order to learn from the best. Sourdough Sophia aka Sophia Sutton-Jones showed us her brilliant recipe for the perfect Beginners Loaf. Our next sourdough film shows Matthew Jones from Bread Ahead teaching us his 'No Knead Loaf'.
