This thing has been in the works for a long while, and it feels so surreal to me to actually have it done. I won't have to have a side thought now of "oh, I should work on honey!"
I originally boarded this back in September of '19, and it was kind of a love letter to the series. It still is. This book series touched my heart and became a near instant favorite. The characters, the writing, the plot, it's all so wonderful, and I cannot thank Mr. Higson enough for writing it. Sorry that I turned your characters into dogs, Mr. Higson, they're just really fun to animate and reimagine as dogs.
This project follows the last book of the series, The End, in which everything of the series comes together all at once, which is why scenes jump around from character to character.
