A winter storm warning is now in effect for all of Southeast Texas as the area braces for rounds of freezing rain and snow Sunday and Monday followed by record-breaking cold.

The winter weather is moving in faster than originally forecasted for Southeast Texas, and the winter storm has the entire state of Texas under that same winter storm warning.
