Iran-Hezbollah launch missile strikes

Israel has stated that Iran and Hezbollah have conducted a series of missile strikes onto US and Israeli targets. They also claim cluster munitions were used. If true this poses a serious threat to the civilian populations that are affected by these strikes. It should be made aware that the US, Israel, and Iran, are some of the very few countries that did not sign the international treaty banning the use of cluster bombs.
