I made one small change this year raising our Cornish Cross chickens and we ended up with an average 7lb bird! In today's video we also show how you can set up backyard processing on a budget. we rotationally grazed these birds daily on pasture and they had access to organic chicken grower 24x7. Food self sufficiency is one of our main goal on our Homestead and raising meat birds is one of the ways we accomplish this.
