He Collided With A UFO On A Dutch Waterway In 1967. What They Showed Him Is Extraordinary

In 1967 a Dutch businessman sailing the Oosterschelde in the Netherlands collided with a submerged craft and encountered beings from a planet called Iarga. The Stefan Denaerde alien contact case is one of the most technically detailed UFO contact cases ever documented.

The Planet Iarga description he reported was internally consistent across planetary science, architecture, ecology, and social structures in ways researchers have never been able to fully explain. Investigated by retired Lt. Col. Wendelle C. Stevens, a long term UFO researcher, Denaerde was described by those who knew him as a model of truthfulness and integrity who had no prior interest in UFOs.

The encounter occurred in July 1967 on the Oosterschelde waterway in Holland. Iarga was described as approximately 10 light years from Earth with a diameter and mass greater than Earth, stronger gravitational force, a much thicker atmosphere, and a population 100 times larger than ours. The planet was almost entirely covered in water with a permanent mist layer filtering sunlight, giving it a green appearance in contrast to Earth's blue. Wind speeds could reach three times Earth's maximum and rainfall up to ten times greater.

The book UFO Contact from Planet Iarga was originally published in Dutch under the title Ik heb buitenaardsen wezens ontmoet before being translated and investigated by Wendelle C. Stevens and published in English in 1982 across 365 pages. Denaerde kept the encounter secret for two years before coming forward and never lectured publicly or gave interviews, behaviour entirely inconsistent with someone seeking attention or commercial gain.
