Robert talks on the importance of facing our inner fears and traumas by doing inner healing shadow work, so we can transmute this dark matter into light by integrating our dark shadow self.

A seed sprouts, out of darkness from the ground, and grows from dark to the light. The lotus grows from the dirt to a beautiful flower. A baby grows inside the darkness of the mother's womb to be born to the light of the sun. A caterpillar dissolves to complete liquid to form and shape into a beautiful butterfly.

Spiritually it's the same, from darkness we metaphor to be light. Its transmuting the darkness within us to become pure light. This can be done by Inner Dark Shadow Work.
