Under the new RTO standards, real-time compliance is now expected. That means:
• You must show you’re always compliant
• Not just during audits
• Not just when issues arise

There’s also a requirement to notify ASQA immediately when non-compliance occurs — and demonstrate how you’re addressing it.

For RTOs, this changes everything:

• Continuous monitoring is essential
