HOW TO MAKE EGGLESS VANILLA CUPCAKES AT HOME // Eggless Vanilla Cupcakes Without Condensed Milk

Makes 9 cupcakes or 1 6 inch layer cake
Ingredients:
75 grams yogurt
75 grams milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
150 grams all purpose flour
150 grams caster sugar
60 grams salted butter, room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Before you begin making your cupcakes, preheat the oven to 160 Celsius or 325 Fahrenheit
Bake at 160 C / 325 F for 25 minutes or until a skewer or a knife inserted in the centre of the cupcakes emerges clean
Let the cupcakes cool down to room temperature before frosting them with boiled milk buttercream frosting.

If you wish to make a 6 inch cake with this recipe, you will have to bake these at 160 C or 325 F for 35 - 40 minutes or until a knife / skewer inserted in the center of the cake emerges clean.
