- Access to the building bundle - a series of high quality contextual models already modeled by the Placemaker team
- A new service - the Building Maker service - for a small fee, the Placemaker team will add contextual models to a location of your choice

These features are in addition to Placemaker's existing features, like building, road, path, and water creation, terrain integration, and more!
