In this video, I flip another outdated chair for a nice profit! This one is not velvet, but instead a much more modern chair that had a skirt covering up those beautiful legs! I took my scissors, pliers, and Bissell Vacuum to the skirt and completely changed the look AND the value! Thank you for watching!
