This will finish you off! Crossfit sandbag workout

Great way to finish off your workout.
Pick up a heavy sandbag and do a 300m sandbag carry. Do 20 sandbag cleans. Pick it up again and do another 300 sandbag walk.
Simple. But very effective.

Try to keep your breathing under control for as much of the sandbag carry as possible.

I've been incorporating sandbag exercises and strongman exercises in to my programme over the past 6 months and my body has felt so much more stable as a result.

The strongfit sandbag carry and the strongfit sandbag clean are two great exercises and couldn't be more functional. You can add this in to any sandbag workout routine or tag it on to the end of your regular workout. It's a great way to finish off a session.

It's a great crossfit sandbag workout for beginners as well, even if you haven't tried sandbag training before. No problem with lowering the weight and getting the technique down first.
