Very easy and simple,great for combination skin.
I like to make my own toners,creams and body butters because I know for sure that will be 100% natural,without any harsh chemicals.

If you try this recipe please be aware that you can keep it in thre fridge for 1 week.

Ingredients:

- Organic rice( if you can find of not normal rice work just fine)
- water( please do not use tab water)
