FURNITURE FLIP: Vintage Side Table: Retro Makeover

I took inspiration from the original design on this vintage side table and gave it a navy and mustard retro makeover, complete with contrasting feet. Check out the process here (including some really satisfying straight line tape pulls!).

Holly's Design was born out of a love for beautiful interiors and beautiful furniture. Having worked in interior design for several years, I saw the value in traditional, well made furniture that is built to last, over our increasingly throw away culture. When my partner and I bought our first house it was empty! Without the budget or the inclination for a massive shopping spree, I started updating old pieces that were kindly gifted to us, and finding pieces on their way to the tip that I could renovate. I loved upcycling them to suit our style, and I got so addicted I had to start selling my work to make room! And so Holly's Design was born!
