This is Astroblast for the Atari 2600
Kind of like a fixed Asteroids. You race around on a rail with the paddle controller shooting apart asteroids. This is a fast game that get's really chaotic immediately. I wish your avatar was smaller. It's too easy to run into obstacles moving side to side.
