I have done both residential and commercial cleaning. It is important to have the right solution mixed into your mop water in your mop bucket when you start out and you should make sure that your mop is saturated in the solution and it is also important to not have the floor too wet you don’t want it to be a safety issue and it also needs to dry looking good. It is also important to make sure and change out the mop water frequently and each day you do not want it smelling terrible over time. I like to use a bleach type solution bleach chlorine whatever mixed in with something else. I like to actually eradicate germs and bacteria, and have a clean floor.
