Tohatsu MD50B2 EFTOL 2013 missing only at idle speed.

The engine works fine from 1500 rpm and up. It works also fine at idle when gear is in neutral position. However when gear is in forward or reverse and throttle in idle position, it is missing and sometimes just stops. Any ideas? It seems to be a common problem, but I can not find a solution. Don't tell me to go to an authorized dealer becuase I have none in my area.
I have changed the TPS, ECU, air injectors, fuel/air injectors and spark plugs without any differences.
