Tina Nguyen is a Vietnamese-American, from Dallas Texas, IFBB ( International Federation For Bodybuilding and Fitness ) fitness model who first appeared in the public limelight in 2014 after winning that year’s NPC ( National Physique Committee’s ) Championships in the figure category.
At the age of only 22 years, Tina Nguyen became the youngest professional IFBB bodybuilder to win the nationals at the first attempt. There’s no doubt that many upcoming bodybuilders look up to her success for inspiration and motivation.
