Bathory - Call From The Grave (Guitar Cover)

There’s not enough that can be said about Bathory and Quorthon’s input into metal as we know it - from the lo-fi harsh production and Venom style riffs to the epic Viking tinged slab of awesomeness that would shape the future black metal sound, there definitely hasn’t been an album he’s made that has helped shaped what bands some of us listen to now. Plus, like Slayer, anyone in an extreme metal band has subconsciously written in this style at some point.

So here’s a classic from 1987’s “Under The Sign Of The Black Mark”, as featured on GTAIV I believe - enjoy!
