badeleh machinery co. was pioneered in 1988 with a factory, with a humble 200 meters of space, for producing different kinds of tanked and trailed sprayers.

Parallel with an increment in production rate, there came a variety of other types of machines, thus an increase in the factory’s area, as far as 15,000 meters for production section with another 15,000 meters of area left for future developments, in which 80 people consisting of workers and specialist work seven days a week.high quality of foreign (especially european) corporations cannot be denied, but the high price would hamper their marketing in Iran.

Therefore, in recent years we set off to find a solution as to produce high quality machinery with lower price. to this end, we decided to import some high-tech components from corporations abroad, and produce the remaining parts in our own country in order that the domestic work force find a proper use, in line with a betterment of domestic productions and lower production costs.

In short,
An increment in the number of tank sprayers from 10 sprayers in 1988 to 400 sprayers, ranging from tanked trailed sprayers, boom sprayers, hydraulic and basic sprayers with 28 meters of reach and equipped with turbine systems, farm turbine sprayer (canon fan group), orchard turbine sprayers – fan (impeller group), 70 stalk shredder with sizes ranging from 115 to 400 centimeters, and with the start of the new production line, 850 rotocultivators sizing from 115 to 400 centimeters, different types of paddy rotocultivators, and 40 washing, waxing, sorting, and packaging machines every year.
Decreasing the cost and increasing the quality from at least 35% up to 70%
Increasing the staff from 3 workers in 1988 to 80 specialists and workers now
Creating job opportunity for about 500 people
Creating sales network and after-sale services nation-wide, with 105 active representatives in almost all states in the country
Decreasing agricultural pesticide consumption from 20% to 60% by means of the high technology used in sprayers (professional trailed farm sprayers and orchard turbine sprayers, which would, more importantly, help us save the environment as well
Reserving soil structure by means of high-tech stalk shredders for farms and orchards for grinding plant remainders with rotocultivators to fix soil structure, omitting the need for burning plant remainders
The first and the only complete production line for washing, waxing, sorting, and packaging citrus in iran, certified by karaj agricultural engineering the only producer of professional trails longer than 20 meters, 400 centimeter stalk shredders, 400 centimeter rotocultivators, rotocultivators of different types, including 36-blade offset rotocultivators, 2000 liter vacuum (کششی) sprayers, 1000 liter automizer (اتومایزر) sprayers, 600 liter mounted (سوارشونده) trailed sprayers, 2000 liter vacuum turbo-liner sprayers, 800 liter mounted turbo-liner sprayers, post-tractor stalk shredder (model 120) certified by karaj agricultural engineering badeleh machinery co. is the first producer of electronic weight sizers in middle east.
