South Sudan: Soaring inflation sends prices skyrocketing
The fall in global oil prices has hit many oil producing countries around the world, including South Sudan.
Oil exports account for almost all of the government’s spending.
The dramatic fall in oil income has caused inflation to soar to more than 700 percent and South Sudanese say they can’t afford to buy much.
