20 Minute Restorative Yoga / Fully Supported Deep Rest

Think of restorative yoga as the yoga equivalent of pressing the "reset" button on your day. This 20-minute restorative yoga class is fully supported with props — no flexibility needed, no stretching required. We go straight into the first pose and use the time in each shape to explore what restorative yoga actually does, how it differs from yin or hatha, and why doing less is sometimes the most powerful thing you can do.

What you'll need: a bolster or firm pillow · two blankets · two blocks or thick books · optional eye pillow
