12 Days of Nutcracker: Make Your Own Spirit of Winter!
Hands up if your favourite scene from The Nutcracker is The Spirit of Winter! We've teamed up with our friends at Mermaid Theatre of Nova Scotia to teach you how to make and move your own Spirit of Winter puppet at home!
Here are the materials you will need:
• 2 Circles of fabric
• 3 Dowels
• 1 Styrofoam ball
• 3 Elastic bands
• 3 Buttons
• Cotton balls
• 1 Paper towel roll
• Tin foil
• Hot glue & scissors
(Remember to ask an adult if you need help!)
