What has been the biggest challenge of your life? What choices did you make when you faced your biggest challenge? Did you persevere no matter what or you gave up when it was too hard to move forward?

As you probably know small changes lead to a big change. Your small steps forward can help you traverse even the longest road. Why is it that sometimes we have all the energy to persevere and achieve our goals and other times our feet are dragging to take the next action? Sometimes when it's hard, we still persevere and overcome the obstacles and sometimes when it's easy, we just don't do it. Why?

Gregory Proctor, a Project Controls Executive and Managing Director of SchXer, faced the biggest challenge of his life when he was diagnosed with cancer back in 2021. Rather than giving up, he chose to persevere and fight all the way until he concurred the cancer and became a cancer champion.
