Phone Line Simulator Experiment

Another step of progress toward getting two dial up modems to talk to each other without a phone line.

Using a battery and resistor, the modem can now sense a current loop and try to answer or dial out on the line.

But not before debugging one dead modem, one dreadfully defective serial cable, and hacking together a lot of wires.
