Veg Tempura Recipe - Ingredients:
Club Soda - 1 cup
Corn Starch - 1/4 cup
Maida / Plain Flour - 3/4 cup
Salt - to taste
Chili Flakes - 1 tsp
Oil - to deep fry
Veggies - your choice (I used - Carrot, Zucchini, Broccoli, Sweet Potato..)
