Tommy Bolin Interviewed 9/14/1976

An interview Tommy did to promote "Private Eyes", and the tour to support his second solo LP with a very young Art Connor (20) who apparently was given the assignment and wasn't a veteran rock journalist with historical context on Tommy, or an up close long term "fan" at the time this was recorded. Tommy is a really good sport as most of Connor's questions are from a assumptive arms length point of view. Tommy's answers gently correct the naive misconceptions contained in many of the questions. Art did the best he could, but you wouldn't say this interview "dug deep". Anything with Tommy speaking, who died just three months later is fascinating as a rare historical document.
