Ingredients:
- 145 gr (2/3 cup) unsalted butter (80% fat) softened to room temperature
- 150 gr (2/3 cup) brown sugar
- 160 ml (2/3 cup) honey
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 450 gr (3 and 1/2 cups) flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground all spice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

- 360 gr (3 cups) confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 60-75 ml (4-5 tablespoons) water
- a pinch of salt
