THE 100 DAYS OF SELF DISCOVERY CHALLENGE
DAY 20- WHAT ARE SOME OF THE THINGS IN YOUR LIFE THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE OR IMPROVE ( OR GET RID OF ALTOGETHER)
Each day I pose a thought-provoking question to help you get to know yourself better so you can start creating the life you really want to live.
Personal development practices tend to focus on only the positives, but if you’re not in a great place it can be very difficult to feel positive. But we can use our negative thoughts, emotions and feelings as a driver for change. I believe working out what we don’t want in our lives is a powerful place to start because once we work out what we don’t want, we can ask, ‘what is the opposite of that and is that what I want? And that’s when we get clarity and we can start taking daily steps towards making it a reality.
So, join me in the challenge, get yourself a notebook or journal and take some time out to answer the question listed above.
I'd love for you to share your answers, this gives you accountability but also, lets you effectively evaluate where you are and what steps you need to take to get to where you want.
