Plan your travel plans and arrive only 5 minutes before your appointment;
People with a COVID-19 vaccination contraindication must bring a hard copy of the Contraindication Attestation form signed by their doctor. Requests cannot be processed without this document;
A delay could result in the postponement of your appointment;
Wearing a mask is mandatory during your appointment;
Bring your health insurance card with you to your appointment (If you don't have a health insurance card, you can still get the vaccine);
Wear a short-sleeved shirt;
Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian;
Plan to stay for 15 minutes after your appointment to ensure that there are no side effects.
