In this use case, we needed to update a list of homework for students each week, we needed to do it quickly without an additional meeting so we employed the app extension Doc Appender in our Google form allowing us to select a file in a folder, add our own assignments, due dates, locations and classes and then at the end of the week quickly email the document to parents to keep the communication number to a minimum but communicate everything in one place easily and efficiently.
