How To Make The Best Homemade Shepherd s Pie Recipe | Easy Simple Shepherd s Pie Recipe |

Ingredients:

Mash Potatoes -

2kg of potatoes, peeled and boiled until tender
1 cup of mild cheddar cheese (grated)
6 tablespoons milk
40g unsalted butter

Mince Filling:

1 tspn oil
1kg lamb mince meat
2 carrots finely diced
1 large onion finely diced
3 gloves of fresh garlic diced finely
1.5 tspn salt
1 tspn coarse cracked pepper
1 tspn dried mixed herbs
1 tspn chilli flakes
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 tspn oil
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
A large splash of Worcestershire sauce
