John Hayes is an ambassador for the ‘Your Personal Best Month’ campaign from Sport Ireland. It encourages men over 45 to say, “No More Excuses” and to do 30 mins of physical activity 5 days a week.

Now more than ever it can be difficult to get motivated to get active, with evenings getting longer and more restrictions being put in place, but there are lots of activities that can be done at home or within 5km of our home.
