🍌 Banana Oat Cookies (meal prep – makes 6–8)
Ingredients:
• 2 ripe bananas
• 100g rolled oats
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• (Optional) 1 tbsp nut butter or dark chocolate chunks
Instructions:
• Mash the bananas and mix everything together.
• Scoop onto a baking tray and bake for 15–20 min at 180°C (350°F).
